 Wedding Favor Packaging Ideas

If you're looking for some inspiration for your wedding favors, you might want to check out these ideas for packaging and tags. Whether you're giving out edible treats, candles, or something else, these tips will help you make your favors look stylish and personalized.

- Use clear boxes or bags to show off your goodies. You can find them in different shapes and sizes, and they're easy to customize with ribbons, stickers, or labels.

- Choose a color scheme that matches your wedding theme. You can use solid colors, patterns, or metallics to create a cohesive look. You can also mix and match different colors for a fun and eclectic vibe.

- Add some flair with tags. You can use pre-made tags or make your own with cardstock, stamps, or stickers. You can write your names, the date, a thank you message, or a quote that reflects your relationship.

- Tie it all together with a ribbon, twine, or string. You can use different textures and widths to add some contrast and interest. You can also make bows, knots, or loops to give your favors some extra charm.

 Personalized Skateboard Gifts for

Teens and Tweens

Hey, what's up? I'm here to tell you a quick history of skateboards, one of the coolest inventions ever. Skateboards are basically boards with wheels that let you ride on any surface, do tricks, and have fun. But how did they come to be?

Well, skateboards have a long and interesting history that goes back to the 1920s. That's when some kids started to make their own boards out of wooden crates, boxes, planks, or roller skates. They were inspired by surfing, which was a popular sport in California and Hawaii. They wanted to surf on the streets when there were no waves in the ocean. They called it "sidewalk surfing".

The first commercial skateboard was made in the 1950s by a company called Roller Derby. It was a simple wooden board with four metal wheels and axles that allowed it to turn. It was sold in toy stores and department stores for about $5. It was a big hit among kids and teenagers who loved to skate around their neighborhoods.

Skateboarding became even more popular in the 1960s, when new polyurethane wheels were invented. These wheels were smoother, faster, and grippier than the old ones. They also made less noise and lasted longer. Skateboarders could now ride on different terrains, such as asphalt, concrete, or wood. They could also do more tricks, such as ollies, kickflips, or grinds.

Skateboarding also became a sport and a culture in the 1960s. There were competitions, magazines, movies, and music dedicated to skateboarding. Some of the most famous skateboarders of this era were Tony Alva, Jay Adams, Stacy Peralta, and Rodney Mullen. They pushed the limits of skateboarding and inspired millions of people around the world.

Skateboarding is more than just a hobby or a sport. It is a way of life for many people who love to express themselves through their boards. Skateboarding is also a community of people who share a passion and a culture. Skateboarding is awesome!

Below are more examples of what's popular in skateboard designs...

 Why Use a Cutting Board

Hey, welcome to my blog! Today I want to talk about why you should use a cutting board when you're cooking. You might think it's not a big deal, but trust me, it makes a huge difference.

First of all, using a cutting board protects your knives from getting dull. If you cut directly on the countertop or on a plate, you're rubbing your knife against a hard surface that can damage the edge. A cutting board provides a softer and smoother surface that preserves your knife's sharpness.

Secondly, using a cutting board prevents cross-contamination of food. If you cut raw meat and then cut vegetables on the same surface without washing it, you're risking transferring bacteria and germs from one food to another. A cutting board allows you to separate different foods and keep them clean and safe.

Thirdly, using a cutting board makes cleaning easier. Instead of having to scrub your countertop or your plate after cutting, you can just rinse your cutting board and put it in the dishwasher or the sink. A cutting board also catches any juices or crumbs that might spill over and create a mess.

So, as you can see, using a cutting board is a smart and simple way to improve your cooking experience. It saves your knives, your food, and your time. Below, you'll find personalized cutting board ideas for your favorite peep. Be sure to personalize one for yourself while you're at it.

Cute Party Supplies for the Birthday Boy

While browsing Zazzle for cute birthday party supplies for little boys, I ran across a couple of little boy construction vehicles collections. These collection include invitations, napkins, paper plates, thank you notes and signs. What I didn't see was paper cups. However, if you scroll down, you'll find a similar design if you do a search.

As always with Zazzle, this assortment of party supplies is personalized. You can change the age and name and all other pertinent information.

Don't want a crane? Then how about a forklift? The artist put the design on a water bottle and a wine bottle. Her heavy equipment designs are great for baby showers, too.

 Modern Wedding Invitations for 2023

I did some research and found what's trending in wedding invitations for 2023. (I checked other websites, but I wasn't familiar with their names. I stuck to the familiar.) It seems there's quite a variety from minimalist to Boho to botanical and foil. Some include casual animal or an impromptu picture of the wedding couple.

Bride and Shutterfly agree that minimalist, botanical and monochromatic black and white are being designed and sold in many online stores including Zazzle. It's true that I'm an affiliate of Zazzle. However, I have included other websites for you to check out.

Modern Black Type on White

Another version of this is white type on black. Both are simple but classy.
